Food Business Boot Camp (In English)


Do you have an idea for a food business or are you just starting your food business?  If so, our Food Business Boot Camp is a great resource!  

Classes are Monday - Wednesday from 5pm - 7:30pm, June 12th - 21st, 2017

  • Monday, June 12th: Action & Business Plans, Sales Channels & Food Handling / Licensing
  • Tuesday, June 13th: Developing your Product & Local Sourcing
  • Wednesday, June 14th: Marketing & Ways to Fund Your Business
  • Monday, June 19th: Business Licensing & Insurance
  • Tuesday, June 20th: Tracking Your Money
  • Wednesday, June 21st: Improving Credit, Kitchen Rental & Potluck

Price

The cost of this Business Foundations Boot Camp is $200.   If you cannot afford the full amount, we offer scholarships. Please don't hesitate to contact us.

Register//Prerequisite

You must attend a Program Orientation first (sign up here).  If you have already attended an Orientation with us and would like to attend a Boot Camp, please email micromercantes@haciendacdc.org to register.
